The cap has bulbs underneath the lip of all four sides of the post cap to shine down the post sleeve. At dusk, the photo cell triggers the light to turn on - you can quickly adjust the cap's brightness level using the included magnet. Use the magnet to switch between a warm white light, a golden amber light, or a cool blue light! (See instructions for details.) The light also has seven levels of brightness.

This post cap is totally waterproof and even suitable for marine environments thanks to its durable construction and rugged composite material. Available in Classic White, Gravel Path, Rope Swing, Tree House, and Vintage Lantern to match Trex post sleeves.

*Please note, some assembly is required before use. Remove screws that secure the battery enclosure to connect the battery to the light, then replace the screws. Secure the cap to the post with the included installation screws.
