Looking to transform your outside underdeck area into additional living space? It’s not nearly as difficult as you might think. With the Zip-Up UnderDeck panel system, you can create a warm, dry lower-level are perfect for an outdoor living room with no trouble at all!

Featuring underdeck panels that snap securely into place to form a watertight seal and channel water away from your new living space, the Zip-Up UnderDeck System is a fantastic alternative to adding a messy gutter and trough system underneath your top-level deck. Istead, create a polished look with a water tight finished ceiling that’s attached directly to your main rail that’s sure to make your outdoor living space the envy of the neighborhood, all while adding beauty to what would otherwise be unused space.

How The Zip-Up Underdeck System Works

From seasonal storage space to an outdoor study, Zip-Up helps you add value and space to your home by creating an under deck ceiling through the use of modular panels. Each Zip-Up Panel features two beads which run the length of the Panel to form an impermeable seal with your main rails. At the end where the panel slides into the wall trim, and on the outer edge of the first and last panel, the bead needs to be trimmed off using tin snips or a utility knife.

Should maintenance be necessary, or if a lost article needs to be retrieved from below the deck surface, these ceiling panels can easily be removed. Simply push upward in the middle of a ceiling panel until a thin screwdriver or flat-edged tool can fit beneath the edge of the panel and release the seal. To replace it, simply slide the edge into the Wall Trim and zip it back up along the main rail or rails.

Color Coordinate Your Ceiling for Under Deck

Zip-Up UnderDeck Ceiling Panels are offered in coordinating premium finishes of White, Beige, and Gray to complete your home's aesthetic and deliver a finished look to your new underdeck ceiling system. Choose from Serrated or Pebble textures to complement the tone and style of the space. Zip-Up UnderDeck Panels can be painted a custom color to suit the decor below your deck using a Latex based paint.
