These Post Base Covers give wood posts a clean and finished look and can be used with new post-installation or with existing posts by simply detaching the two pieces and reassembling around the post. With four great finishes and multiple sizes, FortressAccents™ has the right fit for all of your railing system needs.

To accommodate larger posts of varying sizes, Fortress's innovative 6 inch x 6 inch Post Base Cover includes removable adapters. With the adapters, the base cover fits a 5-5/8 inch post, and without them fits a post as large as 6-1/8 inch.
