How To Install Your Post Anchor
You don’t need to be a handyman to handle the Titan wood post anchor kit. It’s super easy to install for any homeowner.
Step 1: Use the Titan Hole Saw for Deck Post Anchors to create a pilot hole in the bottom of your wood post. For even easier installation, use the Titan Post Anchor Center Guide for a perfect pilot hole every time.
Step 2: Tap your post anchor into the pilot hole using a hammer. Drill pilot holes through the holes in the anchor and into the bottom of the post. Use the included galvanized lag bolts to attach the wood post to the anchor.
Step 3: Place your post on your deck, then use the included ACQ-compatible lag bolts to secure the post anchor to your deck.
