The top of the container doubles as an installation template to make sure your fasteners land perfectly every time.

FastenMaster Cortex Concealed Plugs are now offered in a convenient collated strip so you can save both time and energy while installing. Simply pre-drill the Trex deck board, drive the steel screw to the perfect depth with the included setting tool, and insert a coordinating plug in the opening for a polished finish. Cortex Concealed Plugs are made from actual Trex decking material for a cohesive look from shade to grain.

Note for Trex Enhance plugs: the installation template located on the lid of the packaging is required to install plugs into Trex Enhance deck boards, due to their scalloped board bottoms. The lid includes handy templates for both standard installation and cantilevered boards.
