The Ashington Vinyl Stair Rail by Durables dresses up stairways with elegant Colonial balusters and enhances safety with sturdy aluminum-reinforced top and bottom rails. Each kit includes brackets that allow the rail to be installed at 30-40 degrees; adjustable swivel brackets are sold separately if a different angle is needed.
