Simply choose the Aurora Base Adapter size that fits your current deck posts and then select an Aurora Post Cap that fits the adapter size you selected. The Aurora Post Cap Base Adapter only allows for either a 3-5/8 inch or a 5-5/ 8 inch post cap opening size for straightforward shopping.
To install, easily switch out the original base on the Aurora post cap for the Aurora Post Base Adapter and mount per usual. Now you can have a beautiful finished railing look that suits your deck style completely. Offered in color-coordinating Aurora finishes and several post cap base profiles, the Aurora Base Adapter helps you customize the products you want to fit the deck design you have.
The Aurora Base Adapter is sold individually and is offered in the premium finishes of Black, Bronze, Clay, Matte Black, Tan, and White.
Available deck post sizes include 3-1/16 inch, 3-5/8 inch, 4-1/16 inch, 4-7/16 inch, 4-11/16 inch, 5-1/16 inch, 5-5/8 inch, 6-1/16 inch, and 6-5/8 inch.
Once a base adapter size is determined, use the information below to choose a post cap size.
Deck Post Size: 3-1/16 inch, the post cap size needed is 2-1/16 inch or 2-9/16 inch
Deck Post Size: 3-5/8 inch, 4-1/16 inch, 4-1/8 inch, 4-1/2 inch, 4-7/16 inch, 4-11/16 inch, 4-5/8 inch, 5-1/16 inch, or 5-1/8 inch, the post cap size needed is 3-5/8 inch
