To securely install and attach your AL13 Home Flat Accent Top Rail (sold separately), the AL13 Home Accent Top Rail Splice will ensure everything remains in place no matter the movement or weather. A perfect choice to join together different Accent Top Rail sections while maintaining the polished look you want for your deck throughout.

Available in 4 different installation types:
Stair: For connecting two stair sections together, this piece has two screw holes on either side of the splice to guarantee it doesn't move out of place with use.
Line: For connecting two straight-on level sections.
Corner: For connecting two level sections which create a 90° angle atop a post.
End: For terminating a railing section atop a post, has one closed end to block out water and debris.
