GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
DecksDirect.com shipping charges are based on standard UPS rates (where applicable), according to package weight, size, and distance shipped.

  • • Within the contiguous U.S. : Choose between UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
  • • Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii : Choose between UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Contact us to discuss using USPS mailing – depending on your product order, this may offer cost-efficiencies for the same delivery timetables.
  • • International: At this time, we are not shipping outside of the United States.
  • • Shipping over 100 lbs and/or freight quotes: Call us to ask about shipping options and specialized quotes.

If you have a time-sensitive order, don’t hesitate to call us for shipping and delivery schedules! We’re happy to help you figure out the best way to get your product to you on time.

Delivery and Lead Time
Except for special order items, most orders placed before 3:30 pm will go out the same day. And we do everything we can to ensure quick arrival:
  • • If we can’t ship within one day, we’ll let you know via email or phone.
  • • We can ship direct to your home, business or job site.
  • • Unless specified, we don’t require signatures release on deliveries.

Do we stock inventory? Absolutely! Most products ship direct from Minneapolis, Minnesota, with ground delivery averaging as follows:
  • • 1-3 days to the Midwest
  • • 3-4 days to the East Coast
  • • 4-5 days to Florida and the West Coast

Some products ship directly from the manufacturer, and delivery times for those may vary. However, we have high standards for them regarding shipping times and quality control. If they can’t perform to the levels you need, we don't use them.

Out of Stock and Special Order Items:
The team at DecksDirect.com will contact you if an item is out of stock or special order. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only estimate shipping times for these products. If you choose to remove the item from your order, we’ll issue a refund consistent with the original method of payment.
