Except for special order items, most orders placed before 3:30pm will ship the same day! DecksDirect.com shipping charges are based on standard UPS or FedEx rates (where applicable), according to package weight, size, and distance shipped.
In an effort to get your order out as quickly as possible, we may ship your order manufacturer or warehouse direct. Additionally, small items may be shipped through USPS and items shipping to the upper Midwest may ship through SpeeDee Delivery Service.

Most items ship through FedEx. When applicable, DecksDirect.com reserves the right to ship items via UPS, SpeeDee or USPS.
Ground Shipping
• FedEx residential ground delivery rates are based and scheduled on a Tuesday through Saturday delivery.
• UPS residential ground delivery rates are based and scheduled on a Monday through Friday delivery. If your order requires Saturday Delivery please contact us. Additional charges may apply. Note: Some addresses are not available for UPS Saturday Delivery.
• FedEx/UPS commercial ground delivery rates are based and scheduled on a Monday through Friday delivery.
• USPS residential and commercial ground delivery rates are based and scheduled on a Monday through Saturday delivery.
• SpeeDee residential and commercial ground delivery rates are based and scheduled on a Monday through Friday delivery.
Express Shipping
• FedEx and UPS residential/commercial 2nd Day and Next Day delivery rates are based and scheduled on a Monday through Friday delivery. If your express order requires Saturday Delivery please contact us. Additional charges may apply. Note: Some addresses are not available for UPS Saturday Delivery. - • We can ship direct to your home, business or job site.
- • Unless specified, we don’t require signatures release on deliveries.
Do we stock inventory? Absolutely! Most products ship direct from Minneapolis, Minnesota, with ground delivery averaging as follows:
- • 1-3 days to the Midwest
- • 3-4 days to the East Coast
- • 4-5 days to Florida and the West Coast

If you choose to remove the item from your order, we’ll issue a refund consistent with the original method of payment.
