If you are cutting a top rail to accommodate two smaller railing sections, you will need additional brackets for mounting. Skyline is possible on even the most unique deck layouts, with brackets available for fixed level sections, fixed stair sections, and angled level sections. These sturdy brackets screw into Skyline posts. Then, simply slide the top rail down into the brackets and snap the bracket cover on top of the attached top rail. Installation hardware comes with each bracket pair.
