How is the gun powered? The gun is pneumatic and is powered by air from a standard compressor or CO2 tank.
What is the recommended PSI setting? Hose pressure should be set between 80-100 PSI
Is there any technique to using it? Yes, there is a process for proper installation. Fully review instructions carefully before using.
Is there any preventative maintenance required? Place 3 drops of oil into the air fitting before each job to prevent wear of mechanical parts.Store the tool in it's carry case when not in use to prevent damage and corrosion
Can I use “fasteners packaged with screws” with the gun? Yes, but TC-SG pneumatic screws would have to be purchased separately.Screws included in normal packaging are not collated and are not for use with the gun.
Can I get fasteners without the bagged screws? Yes, Tiger Claw TC-G, TimberTech CONCEAloc,Trex HideAway,Fasco America InvisiDeck Hidden SCRAIL Fasteners, Beck InvisiDeck Hidden SCRAIL Fasteners, and Guardian Ghost Grip fasteners are available in buckets of 900 fasteners without screws. TC-SG pneumatic screws are available in boxes of 930 and sold separately. TrexHideAway and TimberTech CONCEAloc are both available in 900 ct. buckets with TC-SG collated pneumatic screws included inside.
Will any screws work in the gun? No, the gun is designed to work with TC-SG screws which are 1 ½” pneumatic screws collated at 33 degree angle.
How many screws are on a strip? Each strip has 30 screws and comes in a box containing 31 strips (930 count).
What is the warranty on the gun? If your gun ever brakes, Tiger Claw will replace it at no charge.

Does it have good upheaval strength? The fastener brands have been independently tested through Architectural Testing Inc. Each brand has surpassed ICC upheaval recommendations.
The fasteners are not holding on the barrel. Is the tool broke? No. The tension on the fastener can be adjusted with the hex key in the replacement parts kit to desired tension.If the problem continues the replacement parts kit can be used to fully swap out the fastener retainer.See Installation Instructions.
