Excellent Product & Great Service Review by Lyn
We purchased and installed about $2000 worth of Baroque Architectural Balusters by DecKorators in the 32" and 40" lengths. We received all the parts, e.g. screws & washers, and the instructions were easy to follow.
We had to adjust the order a couple times to get the proper amount of various lengths, etc. Each time DecksDirect responded quickly with reships and credit card refunds to net everything out. There are a couple places on the web you might be able to find the DecKorators products cheaper, but none with free shipping and that was huge!
I would not hesitate to use DecksDirect again, thank you! Our deck now looks beautiful with the old 2X2 "pickets" removed! (Posted on 8/12/11)
