Add a touch of class to your deck with these classic balusters. Ordered in black aluminum to finish a mahogany deck and these added the class that beautiful wood deserved! Used these with the Deckorator connectors for easy installation to create a deck that has a definite "wow" factor. These are for people that want something other than the 2X2 wood balusters that you typically see on decks, but don’t want to pay for custom wrought iron. Obviously these are a little more expensive than wood ($3 per aluminum 32’’ baluster vs. $2 for 32’’ of a Redwood 2X2 stud), but they look much better and make your deck stand out. Also the balusters come in a variety of different colors and DecKorators has different accessories including centerpieces and baskets/knobs to decorate the balusters with—so you can have a customized look to a certain degree. Gotta tell you, the balusters, connectors, basket and collar accessories I got from you MADE our porch remodel possible!! I used 54 balusters, 5 baskets and 16 collars along with composite materials for a hopefully "perpetual finish. Had good structural components on original porch (treated lumber and metal joist hangers) but redwood railings and decking were shot after 20 years. Was able to build around existing structure and modify design somewhat of the stairs, but needed a somewhat "custom" railing solution. The rust powder coat complements our exterior colors, and in fact blends well with the bistro table & chairs shown in the photos! Thanks for awesome products and timely shipping!
