Trex RainEscape Down Spouts are easy to install and fit both 12 inch and 16 inch center joist cavities. You’ll need minimum one per joist cavity and two for 24 inch and other non-standarded sized joist cavities. To best estimate the number of Down Spouts you'll need we recommend using the Trex RainEscape materials estimator.
Trex RainEscape drainage system can be installed using caulk, tape and staples. It is designed to be easily installed by any do-it-yourselfer to provide drainage and protection to your outdoor living space. The system protects against rot and can be adjusted to fit both standard and non-standard joist spacing. However, this system can only be used for new projects and cannot be installed on an existing deck.
