Trex RainEscape Butyl Tape is specially designed to seal out moisture when used with the Trex RainEscape Down Spouts and Troughs. A single roll measures 4" x 50', but to estimate the quantity of rolls you’ll need we recommend using the Trex RainEscape materials estimator.
Trex RainEscape drainage system can be installed using caulk, tape and staples. It is designed to be easily installed by any do-it-yourselfer to provide drainage and protection to your outdoor living space. The system protects against rot and can be adjusted to fit both standard and non-standard joist spacing. However, this system can only be used for new projects and cannot be installed on an existing deck.
