• Upon receiving your delivery, be sure to thoroughly inspect the package(s) before signing the sheet the delivery agent provides.

  • If a box has any damage, or if for any reason you are concerned with its packaging or condition, please indicate this on the delivery sheet. Write “Product Damaged” and clearly explain the damage.

  • Take pictures of any damage and send them to orders@decksdirect.com. This documentation will greatly aid DecksDirect in rectifying the problem as quickly as possible.

  • If the number of containers or cartons you receive does not match what is listed on the delivery sheet, please indicate this on the sheet and promptly notify DecksDirect.
